Terms & Conditions

By using PolliBazar you agree to the following terms.

Orders

• All orders are confirmed by phone call before dispatch.
• Prices shown on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and include the displayed discounts.
• Final order totals are always verified by our server at the time of ordering.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery: pay the courier when your order arrives.
• bKash / Nagad: send the order total to the merchant number shown at checkout and provide the Transaction ID. Orders are processed after payment verification.

Delivery

• Delivery charge: ৳60 inside Dhaka, ৳120 outside Dhaka.
• Estimated delivery time: 1-3 days inside Dhaka, 2-5 days outside Dhaka.

Returns & Refunds

• Damaged or wrong products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
• Approved refunds for bKash/Nagad payments are returned to the same number within 3-5 working days.
• Perishable items (fruits, honey) are not returnable unless damaged in transit.
